Meralgia Paresthetica And The Knee

interval between Chapter 10 and Chapter 11

Raven
(Corvo)

seeing a healer
with a raven
tatooed on his calf
outside
in the forever wind
wooden chimes
remind me
of humid bamboo xylophone
screating warm tropical
coconut songs
as he pulls
the old muscle patterns
from my bones
seeing the shadow
everywhere I go
in sleep
in waking
reflected in a tear
that wets my breast
a shadow
in bright sun
light
no mercy, no shame
giving the water
to the silent cries
of the lonely tree
transplanted in the desert
from the forest by the stream
bending in the afternoon spirit wind
shanging on to the earth
watching helplessly
as i do the dance
of the stranger
in a family unfamiliar
hearing faint echoes
of temple chimes
and prayer wheels
spinning with the power
of the one

vedendo un guaritore / con un corvo /tatuato sul polpaccio / fuori / nel vento senza fine / campane di legno / I remember / damp bamboo xylophones / creating warm tropical / songs coconut / not just blinds / aged muscles / of my bones /
seeing the shadow / wherever I go / sleep / waking / reflected in a tear / bathing my chest / shadow / nell'accesa sunlight / no grace, no shame
giving water / the silent cries / lone tree / planted in the desert / the forest near a stream of ' water / slope in the winds afternoon / remaining outstanding at the ground looking helpless
/ as I do the dance / the stranger / family in a little family / hearing faint echo / the bells of the temple / Gears of prayer and / spinning with the force-one.
